I have also been in business as a Finance Manager for over 20 years and have been involved in coaching Adults and Children for over 20 years.

I am married to my amazing wife Vimala who is a beauty therapist and Reiki Master, and a very wise lady. She is passionate about healthy eating and living and is very knowledgeable about food and nutrition.

Amongst my interests, I hold a black belt 4th Dan in Karate and have also studied Aikido for a number of years. these practises have lead me to a deep interest in the mind and body connection.

i like to keep fit through my interests which also include cycling and walking. i enjoy and believe in healthy eating to maintain a good environment for good health and a happy life.
